I say it all the time but I'll say it again, there are days where I just really do not feel like going to the gym. Maybe it's raining, or maybe I'm just feeling lazy. We all feel that way sometimes, but WARNING once you read this post, there will be no excuse for you to not do a quick workout in the comfort of your living room while simultaneously watching last nights' episode of Real Housewives NYC (or maybe that's just me...).
